Jharkhand being rich in nature has given us so much, and it's time to give something back. Our initiative aims to promote the legal empowerment of local tribes and forest-dwellers, along with the protection of our Forests.

 

ENVIRONMENT AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: ​JURISFLUENCE ADVOCATES proudly aims at preserving the ethical values of the society towards Mother Nature. People have a right to a pollution free environment but also have a moral duty to protect and improve it. Recently, the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has recognised the right against the adverse effects of climate change and pollution as an essential component of the fundamental right to life guaranteed under Article 21.

 

JFA's team actively focuses on studying theories like POLLUTER PAYS PRINCIPLE and ABSOLUTE and STRICT LIABILITY. We think that every organisation and person must take steps to make sustainable use of resources, establish a healthy and safe working environment, maintain ecological balance, take proactive steps to minimise waste generation and preserve the environment.

 

We, with the vision of giving back to Jharkhand and its people, are initiating legal research, advisory and guidance in order to implement the essential legislative policies on environmental protection.

 

To bring this vision to life, we announce free-of-cost collaborations with research-students and scholars, studying Jharkhand, its forests, the Forest-Dwellers and its Tribes.
